SPRAY BOOTH CHEMICAL C-200  

C-200 is a white pigmented temporary protective coating designed for use on spray booth walls.

 

The white film provides a light reflective surface for better working conditions and the dried film is readily peelable enabling heavy paint over spray to be quickly and cleanly removed.

 

C-200 is heat stabilised for use in low bake spray booths and will withstand temperatures up to 82 degrees C.

 

SPRAY BOOTH CHEMICAL 477N 

477N Metal Booth is a white paste designed to provide a non-flammable, easy to remove barrier coating between equipment surfaces and unwanted overspray or spillage of paint, resins, glues and sealants

 

477N is most generally used on paint spray booth surfaces to entrap paint overspray

 

Other applications include Protecting wrapping machines & packaging equipment from spillages of glues and other adhesives

Protection of floor area adjacent to dip tanks used for applying paint, bituminous sealants and other surface coatings

 

 

500L Metal Booth is a liquid compound designed to denature and detackify a wide range of wet paints when used in water wall spray booths.

 

500L is an all organic material that is added to the water wall and pit of paint spray booths.

 

It changes the properties of the paint overspray so that it is no longer tacky. This reduces paint build up on the walls and surfaces of the booth and water wet areas, leaving the booth cleaner and extending the period  between booth clean outs.

 

The paint particles either sink to the bottom on the water zone or form a raft floating on the surface depending on the characteristics of the particular paint system in use.

 

Defoamer Industrial is a mineral oil defoamer used to control foam in spray & immersion cleaning solutions and in any application where foaming must be suppressed such as in waste water treatment, paper manufacturing.

 

It is particularly useful where soap, lubricant or starch contamination is the cause of excessive foaming in cleaning solutions.

 

Defoamer Industrial is food grade and can be used in food contact applications.
